A long time ago I wrote an article about the creative power of thinking like an outsider, for Adweek and the Huffington Post. It was in response to the abundant xenophobic rhetoric across Trump's America and Nigel's England. I also wanted junior strategists to make their foreignness work for them rather than against them.
